1 – Leaving just before they fall asleep
Lay your baby and do your regular things before sleeping. Just as you feel that the baby is about to feel asleep, leave and do not come back. 4 – The retreating chair
This could be the most common traditional technique. You simply stay in the same room with the baby until periods of sleep. Reminding them you are around, you can speak with your comfortable voice. Day by day, move the chair away from the baby. Yard by yard, continue your achievements until you can finally move the chair out of the door. Awesome right? It’s always easier to say. 🙂

Don’t speak to them and act normal if they move out of the sleeping room. Behave as if it is the most expected and right thing to keep quiet and sleep at that time. Let the human brain do its incognito job and learn it as the best, the most accepted, and the friendliest time to sleep.

Between the fourth and the sixth months, you should be teaching them to sleep all night through. If you can put a good sleeping and waking-up cycle, everything will be correspondingly easier.
You have to create an environment of sleep. Using special lights, sounds and habits help a lot. The environment you create will associate the idea of sleeping. Correspondingly, the babies will be ready to fall asleep. As you continue repeating the steps successfully, it will get even better.
